[Jason’s] attention to detail has been outstanding. The book is going to be so beautiful.
There is no way that this happens without [Jason’s] turning pages around almost instantly and indulging our constant barrage of tweaks and changes. Pronk has done an absolutely outstanding job on our Glencoe Precalculus program. We began with a very tight schedule, but your company has handled the difficult content with obvious skill and attention to detail. I have found everyone at Pronk to be extremely responsive to any issues that have arisen, although frankly, there have been very few issues. Working with Colin has been an absolute dream. All pages have been turned in on time if not early with excellent quality. He’s managed the recent transition like an expert and has made everything so much easier on us. We appreciate Pronk’s willingness and enthusiasm in taking this project. The Pronk team I have worked with has performed wonderfully for us under very difficult circumstances. Heather Fitzpatrick managed this project, and while all of your production team was very helpful, Jack So in particular was especially responsive to our queries and often-unreasonable requests. The scope of this project changed many times in very complex ways, and I was pleased every time with how the team adapted.
I would like to extend my greatest appreciation for Pronk and encourage us to work with them on future projects. They definitely went above and beyond to meet our tight deadline and showed sincere dedication to the SRA Imagine It! program.

[Holt] were very pleased with how the project went and Angela (our key editorial contact) admitted that she was having a hard time finding anything significant to say to us about how to improve our work next time. In particular they praised us for moving proactively to correct a problem that was brewing with deadlines before they came to talk to us about it, and for going above and beyond what was requested in our editorial work.
It’s not often I get a chance to say this because I’m typically so busy talking to “other” suppliers about their not-so-great work, but I’d like to let you know that I was in a meeting today and we discussed that your group is a notch above the rest! We are really getting into the heat of the Macmillan project and your team is doing a great job with quality and hitting dates.
