Production Artist (Contract)

We are currently seeking to add a Production Artist to our team on a contract basis. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Artist will be involved in the production of large complex books including text formatting, technical art creation, page layout and Photoshop work.
The Production Artist will:
- Build documents according to Pronk/client specifications.
- Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on time and according to master specifications/guidelines.
- Communicate the progress of projects with Production Coordinators.
- Report all production-related problems to the Production Manager.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree/diploma in graphic design or related field.
- High level of proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- The ability to work on multiple projects, be detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
